PBI Dashboard sharing in Dynamics CRM

Hi, I have a Pro license in PBI and have created a dashboard from a CRM dynamics view. I want to share this dashboard in CRM with my collegues, but most of them do not have a license. Can they still view the dashboard in CRM? Or is it created a trial license for each user I share my dashboard with - resulting in them not being able to view said dashboard after a certain amount of time?

Hi @TheaSch To share a Power BI dashboard created from CRM:

1. License Requirement: Your colleagues need a Power BI Pro license to view the dashboard. Without it, they'll only have access during the trial period (typically 60 days).

2. Premium Option: If your organization uses Power BI Premium, users with free licenses can view the dashboard. Request to move your dashboard to a Premium workspace.
   In short users without licenses can view the dashboard only if it's in a Power BI Premium workspace; otherwise, they need a Pro license.
