Ownerhsip of published report: confused

Hello,

I am published from my desktop a set of report to the same workspace: the goal is for that workspace to be a resource for employees.

I have publsihed 9 reports: only one shows that is owned by the workspace. Why is that?

9 reports all is sameworkspace9 reports all is sameworkspace

Overall the Admin role for the App Workspace is owned by the Owner.

What that means is that even though it does not say it is the owner for all the reports, it will have access and be able to own the reports.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I still don't understand.  This is a guessing game then? why can't the owner be firmly described for all reports?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Which type of workspace the reports be published to? Classic workspaces or New workspaces? All of these 9 reports be published by you? Whether they were published at the same time? The account sign in Power BI Desktop is same with the one which sign in Power BI Service?

Best Regards

Rena

Hello,

all published by me, at different times.

Is there any reason why you want the Owner to be the App Workspace?
