I've created a Dataflow that is being used in a Power BI model. The person who now has to refresh the data now receives a notice that his credentials will not allow him to refresh the data.
He has a Power BI Pro Licence and he has Contributor access to the Workspace that holds the Dataflow.
I don't know what else needs to take place.
Won't that mean that they would need a Premium License (user of some type). The company I work with is going 'hand-to-mouth' with Pro Licenses.
I have done this before, for another person in our company. They have Pro License and have been able to perform a 'Refresh' action in the Power BI model they are using it for.
It doesn't appear to like this new person's Organizational Credentials.
yes, they will need a Pro license to do any "developery" actions (including dataflow refreshes).
They may have to "take over" the dataflow.
