Hi everyone,
I'm starting sending subscriptions to my first PBI report to the users. Unfortunetelly I find out that there is a limit of 250 characters in "optional message" of subscription. I need to send ~850 characters of explanation why users are recieving this email, what they should do with it etc.. Is there any way to bypass this limitation or to attach the message in other way than "optional message"?
Best regads,
Michal

Hi, @Anonymous
The length of optional message with Subscriptions exits limitation. Two workarounds may help you deliver your message to end user.
1 You can add a Text box on your report page and input your message in it.
2 You can put your message into Comment and tell the users its existence in the optional message

Hi @Anonymous
As far as I know this is the current limitation.
What I would do in this instance is to have something in either a report page or an initial email you can send to the same users making them aware of the upcoming email.
