Option to export specific columns from table/visual data.

Hi Community Members,

I am looking for an option to export the data from table/visual from the Power BI service, I know that there is an option that we can export directly but we need some customization while exporting the data.

To clear the requirement we are taking the example of the user
User 1: User 1 will directly export the data, where all the columns are available in the below-mention image.
User 2: User 2 wants to remove the last three column names and then export the data

User 3: User 3 wants to add 2 more columns in the table and export the data

Please let us know if we have any option like this in Power BI

Very simple - enable "Personalize Visuals"  and teach your users how to use that.  That way they can tailor the visual to their needs before exporting.

Hi, @Siddhesh_Pal

You can try to use Bookmarks to achieve similar effects. By making the Table visual object that your user needs in advance, setting a bookmark for these visual objects to control the display status, and at the same time, you can also use the button to make the user click to display the corresponding table. I used two table visual to demonstrate the corresponding table visual under different Bookmark:

When I click on the table2 bookmark, the table visual with all columns is displayed. When I click on the table1 bookmark, the table visual with less columns is displayed. You can click the link below to learn how to make a Bookmark:

Hi @v-jianpeng-msft, please find the link to the Power BI Report

I have attached the sample report, I have added the sample table where user will export the table, so in this case user get same date availabe in table.
So some user wants to add more column then export the table or some user wants to remove some column then export the data.
Nothing is fix for the export of the data sometime user will add and remove the column, its totally depends on users requirement.

What solution i am thinking is I will add table and add the required column and there should be one slicer where all column name will be availabe, if i select the column name then it come in table then i will export the data. If i have not selected anything from the slicer then the default table will be exported.

The solution I am thinking is it possible to implement?
If yes, can you share some proper way of implementation.
If No, can you suggest some way for this case of export data.

Thanks in Advance.
