Open dashboard using button via Mobile

Hello,

In my workspace, I created a dashboard and a report. The report contains buttons that should take me to the dashboard by assigining the button action to web URL where I entered the dashboard link.

The dashboard does not open when I click on the button via Power BI mobile app but it does via Power BI desktop/service.

Please advise.

Hi @Omega ,

It's not possible to open a link to a mobile app view. Power BI Mobile is just connecting to Power BI service, So i think that should be by design.

Thanks for the email.

I managed to create a workaround by creating a text box and assign it to the URL of the dashboard. The challenge is that the user has to click on the textbox to return back to the dashboard instead of the button.

Please advise.
