Problem: OneDrive is not refreshing the PBIX file in the service.
I have set my workspace to use OneDrive as per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-connect-to-files-in-app-workspace-onedrive-for-bus...
I have installed One Drive on my computer and signed on with with my O365 (and Power BI) business account.
I have a PBIX in my OneDrive location on my computer, where I have removed a TAB from a report and resaved the file.
OneDrive synchronizes locally and I see a little green check mark locally. I would expect that since the PBIX STRUCTURE has changed (not the data), that the file would refresh in the service via OneDrive refresh.
BUT in the Power BI service the files is not updated.
The file remains unchanged in 1) the O365 'Documents' document library for the workspace e.g. https://myprefix.sharepoint.com/sites/myworkspace/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx
and 2) in the Power BI service > workspace > Get data > Files > OneDrive for Business area e.g. https://app.powerbi.com/groups/my guid/getdata/files/onedrive-for-business
What am I missing?

Hi Mbalcarek,
PBIX file is not a data source file, what's the data source of your report? If the data source is a file, onedrive refresh can work well.
