OneDrive & SharePoint Subscription

Hi,

In a "Premium Per User" workspace, I try to create a subscription,

1. It directly takes me to "standard" subscription option without prompting to choose between "standard" or "dynamic".

2. Even in "standard" subscription - when I choose to send to "OneDrive" or "SharePoint", it just opens up a blank screen.

Should I need a "Premium Capacity" workspace to fix the above issues or just changing any backend configuration will do?

Appreciate any responses. Thanks!

Hi @BindiyaThota ,

Considerations and limitations

  • Microsoft Entra Business-to-Business (B2B) guest users can't choose OneDrive SharePoint.
  • Premium per user accounts can't choose OneDrive SharePoint.
  • You can't create a subscription that sends the report to OneDrive or SharePoint if the report is part of a Power BI organizational app.

Hi @BindiyaThota ,

The dynamic per recipient subscriptions feature in Power BI is currently in preview. While it’s not officially released yet, you can keep an eye on the Power BI Blog for updates and announcements regarding its official release date. What’s more, if you want to choose between standard or dynamic subscription, you need to create a Premium capacity workspace.
