I am trying to display the data in a matrix and the value is calculated column (a combination of numbers and text).
I can see the values on the desktop app perfectly.
But when I publish the data, the data vanished and we see an empty matrix.
I saw one video of GUY IN A CUBE related to this issue they provided a solution that on the desktop if you are using a filter that contains a boolean datatype i.e. true or false after publishing on service it gets converted into 0 or -1 and because of this, you don't get data in the visuals.
But in our case, this is not the case. Because I tried to check the datatype as well for Boolean values but didn't find any issue.
Can anyone help with this Issue please?
I got the answer to my issue. In my matrix, I had a column in which I was converting text datatype to number datatype. It needed to do some weird adjustments.
It worked for 6 to 7 months but then I think with the latest update it stopped working.
I searched so much about my issue but then we did vice versa i.e. I converted number to text datatype and published it on the service and guess what it worked.
haha
that was 😑.
