Dataset Refresh Fails on Server Certificate, but Dataflow Refreshes just fine on Same Server

I have a report that has been failing refreshes for a couple weeks now, complaining on expired certs on the server. No certs seem to be causing the issue. I did a test and created a dataflow using the same server, and it connects just fine, so I have no idea as to why the refresh fails on the dataset but succeeds on the dataflow.

Trying to figure out if there's a network difference between dataflow refreshes and dataset refreshes. Any insight would help 🙂
