On-Premise gateway not signing in and the app doesn't open further

once I open the on-Premise gateway app from start menu, it loads up a page asking for email address, once i enter email address and click Signin, it gives an error as follows : Please help fix this

"Network request returned unexpected error.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 51.107.48.208:443

Hi @Seer_Bug ,

I think it is blocked by firewall or the ports is not supported. Please reference the document to have a try.
