Dear all,
I develop an application on PowerBI Desktop that uses an R script as datasource. The application on Desktop works and it is possible to refresh it. R has the lastest version 4.0.3. Dataset of R script is an Excel file.
I upgraded the user to a Pro license and we deploy PowerBI Desktop to PowerBI Services. In order to upload the dataset we installed a On-Premis Personal Gateway. Net framework dependences are installed. Unfortunately when we try to connect the gateway this error occurs.
Does anyone experienced this error before?

Hi @v-kelly-msft
Thank you for the reply. We use R for dataset import and not for visual and all of the libraries seems to be supported.
Hi @gvialetto_kv ,
It seems that the .net frame didnt configure correctly, you'd better re-install it and try again.
