Old filter re-occurs instead of new filter to the end user, but to me new filter is reflected

I have changed the before date filter to Relative filter few weeks. Whenver I publish the PowerBi report after adding few more charts, my end users are getting the before date filter(old one) instead of Relative date filter. But ,I being the publisher are able to view the Relative date filter(new one).

How do you share to the end users? Share directly or apps? Do they all view the old filter?
