Odata refresh in Desktop but once in service, one of the tables goes empty

I have a user that connects to Odata feed and works fine in desktop, for all tables, but once it is in the Service and the schedule refresh happens, one table go empty.

@GilbertQ we found the issue. there was a merge on the table that for some reason working in desktop and when it went to the service it cleared out the table. User fixed the merge join and is working fine.

I would suggest making sure that the source has got data?

@GilbertQ Yes, the refresh is successful and the other tables are updated. There is no error message provided in the refresh details.

Can you confirm  that the refresh is completed successfully?

And do other tables get the data.
