Object Level Security

Hi Community..!!

Please refer below images 

I am applying object level security here. As you seen in the 2nd images, which is looks like throwing an error.

I wanted OLS in such away that it should not looks like 2nd images, instead of that can we display something like "You do not have access to this visual , If you want then click on the below linke to get access" 
can we do like this? 

If yes, then anyone could help me to do this ?
