OLE DB or ODBC Invalid date, time or timestamp value

Hello, could you please share some ideas why Power BI refresh does not work?
I see a lot of similar cases online and it seems that reasons and solutions for these can be different.
I have particular dataset with three Date type columns and this dataset cannot be refreshed.
From the other side other datasets with same Date type column can. I have the latest Power BI desktop version.
The data is refreshed from Snowflake. It looks that the Date column that is making problem has a lot of missing values but again this should not affect. Please have a look attached screenshot.
Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous

Delete all relationship connected to the date table and try to refresh again.

Thank you Amine for your message!
There is no any relatonships to the Date column.
There are some relationships to another non-date column in that D_SOPIMUS dataset in the data model.
Do you think the same should apply?

Thank you Amine!
It was actually invalid datetime value in specific column in dataset that was coming from Snowflake source table. I needed to correct that and after that refresh worked.
I would have been much better to have more descriptive error warnings. Even though there are three date columns in the dataset the error description did not point out to the column causing the problem.
