I published a couple of reports to the service and when I go into the settings to schedule a refresh I see that I have to enter my OData credentials. I attempted to do so with no success. All my other credentials have gone through but for some reason the OData fails everytime.
Has anyone experienced this or know what to do?
Hi @RE,
We need to know the following things about your scenario.
1. Which error message you get when entering OData credential?
2. What is the OData entry?
3. Do you combine the OData data source and other on-premises data sources in a dataset? If so, how large is your dataset?
4. If you combine multiple data sources in a dataset, please try to create a report using the single OData data source, then publish it to Service and check if you can enter your OData credential.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
