Hi Power BI community,
In case of issues with Power BI (front-end) we would like to standardize communication. For example, when a known incident is logged, or a report has a known error, or data was not loaded, what are the options for us to communicate to those who have access to a report, on the Power BI Service via the homepage (app.powerbi.com) as well as via an app?
Best regards,

Use the tenant inventory extracts to harvest the app, workspace or report users as needed. Then use your favorite mass mailing tool to send the communication.
How would that work? Would you wait for the users to open the app or a report inside the app, or would you want to send a proactive notification to all app users, regardless if they want that notification or not?
Thanks for the response @lbendlin. I'd like to learn about a proactive notification. Because while both options are interesting, Guy in a Cube has already done a very helpful video on how to include it in a report .

Hi @lbendlin,
Thanks for the response. Is there no way to do the notification/communication within Power BI Service environment?
Not currently possible. If this is important to you please consider voting for an existing idea or raising a new one at https://ideas.powerbi.com
