Not sure how to solve error message about worldtimeapi.org

I haven't found anything online to help me understand the issue. Thaks for your help

That error is talking about your datasource.  In your report you are getting some information from a website (and or the related api) of a site caleld "worldtimeapi.org".  Either the request is malformed, or you don't have access, or it is linked incorrectly in your report or some other thing like that.  Here is the FAQ from that site: World Time API: Simple JSON/plain-text API to obtain the current time in, and related data about, a timezone.
