Non-standard font on report published to web

I've created a report which uses Gotham as its font, which is not installed on most computers by default. The report is published to a webpage which also uses Gotham as its font. The website imports Gotham so that anybody can see the page text in Gotham even if they don't have it installed on their computer. However this does not carry over to the Power BI report, which gets displayed in whatever PowerBI's default font is.

Is it possible to have it default to Arial instead of whatever it is currently defaulting to in the event that the viewer doesn't have Gotham? Or get it to display in Gotham using the imported web font that works for the rest of the page it is embedded in?

Hi there

As far as I am aware if the PC where the Power BI Report is being viewed does not have the custom font, it will default to the default theme report font.

You could look at changing the theme of your Power BI reporting and setting the default font?

You can generate this as https://powerbi.tips

Power BI Blog

The default font in the theme is set to Gotham, which is the only way to get the report to use Gotham since it is not included in the dropdown list of fonts you can normally select from. So it seems to be defaulting to some other font that is set by PowerBI itself, rather than the theme template file.
