I can't see that this is a known issue: When I have a matrix with data in the first column, the tooltip doesn't show for any data in that row. If the first column is empty, the tooltips values will show for any other columns.

Has anyone else encountered or resolved this?
I should mention it isn't actually a 'tooltip' that is popping up, just a value that shows up when I hover over any icon that doesn't have a value in the first column. It is only when I have the conditional formatting set to 'show icon only'. Tooltips are off in that matrix visual. I guess to fix this, I can simply create a tooltip with the number in but it's just odd behaviour.
Also, I don't believe it's related but the Conditional Formatting has since changed in my PBI. This is what a previous copy of the same table looked like
And in the latest version I cannot pick that Summarization
