New Power BI Workspaces

On the new Power BI Workspaces feature currently in Preview. We currently are using an A3 Embedded Instance, how many workspaces will we be able to create? Your documentation really doesn't say. As you may know when you create a workspace of an old type, then new Office 365 Group will be created. With new workspace experience you no more limited to a number of groups and you can create more than 250. Premium/Embedded capacity has no relationship with workspace limits.
