New Custom App Navigation issue

When I refresh a dashboard or report in an app with custom navigation enabled, I notice that

1. the app doesnt load when clicked on the Go to App button.

2. when i click on the app itself from the app workspace, it loads correctly.

3. then when I click browser refresh, the menu it gone.

Hi @gjadal 

When clicking your link, i can only see the following:

When clicking on the "App", it shows i need to be given permission, then it return back to this page.

For your scenario, i wonder if your are the builder of the App or the consumer of this App.

If your are a consumer, you can't make changes to the App and make it reflect on the App.

If your are a builder, please ensure you have updated/republish the App.

I created a brand new workspace and published a test report.

And published the app.

The app doesnt open. I can repro it consistently. This definitely looks like a bug. If i turn off navigation feature, it works fine.
