New Card Visual - Conditional Formatting Issue

Hello,

Is there anyone expriencing issues with the new card visual when using conditional formatting for reference labels?
We are getting this error when we use a conditional formatting for the reference labels. It was working fine until today and it's working properly in Power BI Desktop with the report connected live to the dataset.

Earlier, we were experiencing some issues accessing Power BI service, but it seems to be up and running smoothly again. Interestingly, the cards are now functioning as they were before.

We're experiencing similar issue.

Further investigation showed that the card visual fails to load in PBI Service when we combine reference label conditional formatting and accent bar conditional formatting with the same error as above.
