Need data points on how subscription of emails work in power bi

HI Team,

I am totally confused on how POwer BI online email subscription functionality works. The scenerio is we have created a group workspace and published a data set to the workspace. Then for one of the reports i clicked on subscribe and selected the frequency as Daily. We have 3 members in the group who also plays Admin role along with the login ID using which  i have created the workspace. But, i have found that none of the members in the workspace are recieving the mail in a daily basis.

The only catch here is the account(Login ID) using which we have created the workspace and published the dataset doesnt have a mail box configured. But, this shoudn't be stopping from sending mails to other members of the group.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Hi @Anonymous,

As I tested, I only subscribe myself to a report. All members in my group can't recieve the emails. We also can get the information from offcial document. Please note the reply in the article.
