Need clarification on Creating RLS

Hi Experts,

 like there are 2 sets of reports 1. PII Data Reports  2. Non-PII Data Reports, for that 2 AD Groups are created one for PII Reports and another for Non-PII reports.

and I have a requirement

1. 2 users will have access to all reports(PII and NON-PII Reports) and 4 users will be having access to only Non-PII reports, So in this case how to apply RLS for 2 sets of reports

2. How to disable the download option for PII Data reports.

please help me on this and do the needful.

Hi @Heena_9980400 ,

For requirement 1: You could add 2 users to the workspace with admin,member or contributer role, so that they can access all reports. Add 4 users to the workspace that hosted Non-PII reports with viewer role, and add it to the RLS role

For requirement 2: You could disable "Download reports" options in Power BI Admin Portal. Or give user viewer role to the workspace.
