Need Schedule Refresh on trigger

Rather than scheduling refresh database over enterprise gateway, is there any way that I can trigger data refresh programatically.

 

Assume that we use ETL process to transform data from csv files into database, it might takes hours. At the end of process I want to trigger data refresh on PowerBI service. Is there any PowerBI API support this? Please suggest.

@Anonymous Although i don't have a reference, I'm almost positive that the answer to this currently is "no". There is nothing in the developer tools to initiate a refresh of the dataset programmatically.
