Need Power BI usage Metrics Data

Hi All,

Our company us using Power BI Premium Lic, and we have many apps used by around 300 People. Now I need to create a Usage Metrics report. When I am tried Usage Metrics it is showing only for that perticula workspace and also for 1 week data only. I'm i missing someting here. 

Can I get the data in Raw Excel format, when I export to Excel it is showing the Pivot table in excel.
