i need to take g1 and divide by the ethno number and multiple by 100 to get the percentage. THEN

add g1 and g2 divide by the total ethno number and multiple by 100 to get the percentage. THEN

add g1 and g2 and g3 divide by the total ethno number and multiple by 100 to get the percentage. THEN

add g1 and g2 and g3 and g4 divide by the total ethno number and multiple by 100 to get the percentage. THEN

and so on untill all columns are part of the last calulation.

Simply put, as you can see from the Excel sheet, the purpose is to find the number of gradutes who graduated in 1 year, in 2 years, in 3 years and so on.  Then upon finding the totals per graduation per 1,,2,3,4,5,6, or 7 years,  (at the botoom total)i  need to take the total of each column and do the following to get percentage based on the Excel formula please see pic. thanks again for your help (its a littel kookie math i know.  but i need that). then when i chose ethnicty filter in Powerbe, it should rflect then numbers

for grad 1 year:  =(J37/35)*100

for grad 2 year:  =((J37+K37)/35)*100

for grad 3 year:  =((J37+K37+L37)/35)*100

for grad 4 year:  =((J37+K37+L37+M37)/35)*100

for grad 5 year:  =((J37+K37+L37+M37+N37)/35)*100

for grad 6 year:  =((J37+K37+L37+M37+N37+O37)/35)*100
