how did you get 7.49?

 

if i filter the data by Asian, i should get one out of 5  thus 20%

    LCAD_BII did not use any filter here and onething i need to clarify  in the formulae below what is 35 is that total number of rows?

     

    for grad 1 year:  =(J37/35)*100
