My schedule refresh isnot working correctly

Hi, 

I have a report where I consume data from a sharepoint, two azure sql servers and a web page. I configured a gateway and it is refreshing daily. The refresh works fine everyday but I noticed that just for 1 source the data doesn't get refresh (any day I have to refresh manually that specific table and uploaded again), for one of the azure sql servers, the rest take the data without issues, I had uploaded the dataset multiple times, enter my credentials again, refresh the gateway but same thing happens and just for that source. 

Is there any workaround or thing I can do to solve this?

Yes it is! When I do the refresh from PBI desktop, the data refreshes correctly.

have you already tried to check if the queries are actually executed on ASQL?
can you attach SQL server profiler to that instance and see if queries reach ASQL while you're running a refresh from dataset?

Can you double check to make sure that the information coming from the Azure SQL Server is up to date?
