My environment in Powerapps won't show up when I integrate with PowerBI

I have add the Powerapps data field and make my apps, but I couldn't choose an app that I have made from Powerapps because my environment won't show up. This has never happen on my first trial to connect between Powerapps and PowerBI. Could someone help me please? Thank you. I think this issue is related to PowerApps Custom Visual in Power BI.

I'm having the exact same issue. 

I was able to go through a create new; however, that lead to an error within PowerApps saying my app was created in a newer version of PowerApps and couldn't open it. So, I went back and remade my PowerApp and then trying to add through the visual but when go to Choose App, my environment field is empty.

There are several points you may considerate:

1.You’ll need a Power BI account and a PowerApps account. Depending on your Office 365 subscription level, you already have both of these. If not, you will need to sign up for either (or both!). Costs will vary depending on your Office 365 subscription—if you are going that route—or if you’ll need to purchase a paid subscription for Power BI and/or PowerApps.

2.You will need to make sure you have either Edge or Chrome installed on the machine you are using. These are the only two browsers PowerApps currently supports for development and they are also the only two that Power BI supports for the customization of the PowerApps custom visual.

3.Power Apps visual isn't supported for guest users.

4.Power Apps visual isn't supported in sovereign clouds.
