Hi
We got some live datatasets and reports that needs to be moved to a new Workspace.
For most of them we got the .pbix so no issues there.
Unfortunately we are missing the .pbix for some of them and can´t download them since they are live.
Does anyone know of a solution for this?

Hi, @Anonymous ;
I don't know much about how you move, but the download limit is something to know:
If you create a Power BI report based on a dataset in one workspace and publish to a different workspace, you and your users won't be able to download it. The download feature is not supported in this scenario.
You can only download the original report. You can't download a copy of a report.

Ok what I meant when I wrote "move" is that I publishe a copy of the report in question from desktop to a new workspace and delet it in the old workspace. This is no problems when I got copies the reports or when I can download the .pbix.
So my questions is if there are a workaround to get .pbix for a report that are connected to a live dataset or a dataset with incremental refresh.
Hi, @Anonymous ;
One workaround, you can turn off Incremental refresh on Power BI Desktop, and then republish it to Power BI Service and replace the earlier report. After this, you can download the PBIX file.

Yes I´ve used this trick for moving reports were we hade .pbix saved for datasets with incremental refresh but do you mean that this is possible when working with live datasets?
