Hello,
I have a dataset in one workspace and several reports in another workspace. I want to introduce PPU features to the dataset, but other datasets in the workspace cannot live in a premium workspace for certain reasons I will not get into. So, I need to move the dataset to a new premium capacity workspace while maintaining the link to the reports that depend on the dataset. Is this possible? PowerShell? API?
Michael
What you can do is to create the dataset in the new App Workspace
Then use the Power BI REST API for rebinding the report to the dataset. Here is the API to use: Reports - Rebind Report In Group - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Docs
