Hi Experts,
Any ideas why in Usage Metrics Report there is no pages details data?
I tried to check in semantic model but found out the table is empty.

Hi @Akash_Varuna
Thanks for the input.
I have confirmed that Usage Metrics for Content Creators is enable & dataset refresh has been ongoing for few months.
Users has been using this dashboard for almost half year, if only missing few pages might due to users not interacting. But based on my usage metrics report its totally empty for pages details.
May I ask which kind of permissions issues you referring to? Users access to dashboard?
Hi @Lim_Yit_Chuen The permissions issue relates to the workspace, as the usage metrics report pulls data based on access to the workspace where the dashboard resides. Without proper workspace permissions, user interactions may not be tracked correctly in the report.
Hi @Akash_Varuna
I'm not sure is permission issues related to my case. As I do have data of UserId in table "Report views", but in table "Report pages" its totally empty.
We having our testing recently thus, I can ensure that all tester are interacting with pages in the reports too.
If its due to permission issue, then I'm assuming Report view also unable to capture UserId too.
If you've not interacted with it for a while then scheduled refresh stops. To get it working again you have to delete the report and model, and generate a new usage report
Hi @Deku
Thanks for replying.
I've check the schedule refresh is still on-going without issues. But still no data for page details.
Hi @Lim_Yit_Chuen could be due to users not interacting with specific pages, outdated metrics data, or permissions issues. Ensure tenant settings like Usage Metrics for Content Creators are enabled and refresh the dataset.
If this post helped please do give a kudos and accept this as a solution
Thanks In Advance
