Microsoft 365 usage analytics : How to share without the need to have a PBI Pro licence

Hello
I use Microsoft 365 usage analytics report. It works very well.
I would like to share it with my team members who only have the Free license from PBI.

When I try to share the report it tells me that members must have a pro license. It's a bit of a shame because they just need to look at the report.

I hope you have a procedure otherwise I'll be forced to export it in PowerPoint 😫

Hey @Anonymous 

Unfortunately you cannot. You can download the Pbit file for it and share the pbix file after that, but you can take screenshots and send that. See below:

What a big surpise. Today i discover we have 25 licences A5 for my company. It's so cool.

In the Power BI mobile apps for iOS and Android devices, you can annotate a tile, report, or visual and then share it with anyone via email. So I would recommend you to use Power Bi mobile app.
