Measures in Service

Is there a way we can create measures in Power Bi service? We would like our users to create measures in service on the certified dataset. We do not want them to modify the data model but allow them to create measures in service so that they do not have to come to us for every small calculation. Is this possible?
I want to avoid downloading the report from service, modifying it in desktop and republishing in service.

Hi @Anonymous ,

We can't create a measure at PowerBI Service end, we need to chenge it in PowerBI Desktop, then republish it.
