Measure not calculating correctly in power bi Service

Hi there, 

I am having a recurring issue with my report that shows the correct figures in power bi desktop, but when publishing to power bi service the number calculated by the measure changes and I have no idea how it is getting this value. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Please be more specific. Show a sanitized version of the measure, show the difference you see, and explain what you have tried so far.
