How many times can I trigger the refresh of a dataset after a successful dataflow refresh by using Power Automate within a Power BI Pro Environment?

Still 8 days a day?

Yes, if your Dataset is on a Pro workspace, or "My Workspace" you have a limit of 8 refreshes per 24 hours. This limit is for automated refreshes however they are triggered, so Dataset Schedule, Flow or Power BI REST driven refreshes all count towards the 8. Manuals refreshes don't count towards the 8.

This limit of 8 increases to 48 if the Dataset is on a PPU or Premium Capacity Workspace.

For datasets in shared capacity used by Power BI Pro, your refresh action is limited to 8 refreshes per day. In Premium capacity, there is not limitation on the number of refreshes per day, although you are limited by the available resources in your capacity.
