Matrix Visual wrong column subtotals for percentages

Hi 

 

   I amd caclulating percentage from attendance table, using simple formula "Compliance% = [Total_attendance]/[#workdays]" , when I use this  in a table it works fine , when I use the same in matrix visual  I get the correct % when I expand the category to  see each rown , when I drill up to department level all % shows as 100%. can some one please guide me how to fix the measure

I want to acknowledge valuable input provided by tharunkumarRTK . The ISFILTERED function and the ISINSCOPE function are very helpful for the handling of hierarchical structures. You need to correct the DAX formula and handle the matrix hirerachies properly. Please follow this article

The above article should solve your problem if not then please the pbix file with sample data and expected result.
