Map Visualisation not working

Map visual is not presented in the power BI report even though i have already enabled the " use the map visual and filled map visual" in options and settings. Why is the map visual still not visible ?

Hi  @Anonymous345 ,

Make sure power bi desktop has been update to the latest version and you can access bing map via browser. Click "Option"-> "Data load", clear the cache and reopen power bi. Then check if this issue persists.
