MS word export

I want to export a POwer BI table report to PDF or MS Word. I can currently do this but it only shows the rows that can be on the screen not the whole table of results. Is there a way in which this can be done?

Paginated reports are designed for scenarios where you need to export large datasets or tables that span multiple pages. These reports allow for auto-expanding tables and can be exported to PDF or Word.

Please follow these steps:

1. Use Power BI Report Builder to create a paginated report.
2. Connect the paginated report to your existing Power BI dataset.
3. Design the report layout, ensuring that the table spans multiple pages as needed.
4. Export the report to PDF or Word using the Power BI Report Builder or Power BI Service

Thank you Nilendra, I will downloadd Report Builder and have a go.  Is it fairly intuitive. straight forward to use?
