Loss of comments on the web platform

Hi!

My English is not very good then sorry for any wrongs.

I have a dashboard where users use the comments on the web platform.

But, last week, all the comments disappeared. I verified the backups and nothing.

Does someone know how I can recuperate the comments?

Actually, I needed to change the project to apply incremental actualization and, two weeks after, I noticed that the comments disappeared.

Contact support. There is no backup/restore option I am aware of for end customers.

MS is moving to Teams for Power BI interactions though. Still, they wouldn't delete stuff, so contact support.

Sure. Sorry - I should have provided that. Go to Support | Microsoft Power BI and scroll to the bottom. There will be a Get Support link. You need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User license. You cannot create a ticket with a Free license.
