Hi All,
We have a requirement, where users have access to the Power Bi Reports. But if they move to other Business Units in a company we do not want those users to see the data on the Power Bi Dashboards / Reports of our BU.
With the users frequently moving, is there any way we can restrict the users moving away from our BU to others losing access to these reprots. instead of manually removing users from the List.
Regards
Srini

Hey @srinival ,
are your users organized in AD groups?
For example all the users from controlling US are in an AD group called "Controlling_US". If they move to controlling UK they will by HR or IT be transferred to the AD group "Controlling_UK".
In Power BI you can give then access then to specific AD groups. Like this you make sure everyone will just see what they are allowed to see. And you never have to touch the row level security anymore.
