Loading defaults to DQ
Is there a reson why all the table load defaults to DQ instead of import?
I am not even gettting the option to choose between DQ and Import for Storgae mode. How do I get past this.
Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the reply from@SaiTejaTalasila and@lbendlin, please allow me to provide another insight:
HI,@smpa01
Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
1.The storage type can be changed, but as SaiTejaTalasila explains, there is a limit to the conversion between storage modes: you can change the direct query table to import mode, but you can't change the import mode to direct query.
Here is a screenshot of the official document:
2.If you've already imported your data into PBIX, you can try to modify it in the following places:
Find the corresponding semantic model you need to modify, and click on the following location:
Modify the position of the following figure:
3.If you want to change the storage mode in Desktop:
First of all, you can change it when you import the data:
Secondly, if you have imported data, you can also find a place to modify the storage mode in the table relationship:
4.The following documents are what we hope will help you.

Hi @smpa01,
As per my knowledge, you can change direct query tables to import mode. And you can't change import mode to direct query(on a single click).
Thanks,
Sai Teja
