Reset slicers to default state

Hi,

Is it possible to somehow reset all slicers to default state each time when a report in Power Bi app is closed?

Hi @MonikaWilk_97 ,

This is Moible Apps forum. And I agree with Greg_Deckler that you need to think about the environment in which you want to achieve this.

In addition to Greg_Deckler's suggestions, you can also refer to the similar post:

Solved: Default Filter Slicer - Microsoft Fabric Community

"You can switch on the option " Don't allow the end user to save filters on this report." from the desktop/service, and it will always keep the selections the report published with."

@MonikaWilk_97 Are you talking about in Desktop or the Service? In the Service, if you modify filters/slicers you can reset them back to their original state using an icon in the upper right. For Desktop, I would create a bookmark of the default state. Make a button and click that before saving and closing.
