List Of Active Users from Workspace

Hi Team,

Good Day!

Please let me know how to get List of active users from workspace. So that we can clean up the access of folks who have never used in the last 90 days and save seats in the Workspace.

Thanks,

Masthanaiah

Hi. There is no place to check that. You can check Usage Metrics (by default by report but you can edit it to check workspace) or Activity logs (API request to take the data). Both of the will get 30 days of data. If you want 90 days you might need to build a historic dataset storing the activity logs in storage. There are office 365 audit logs that might let you 90 days of usage but I think those are more complicated to automate in a flow.

Understanding the usage of the contents of workspaces will let you check by user. That would be the only way to understand the usage of a single user.

I hope that helps, if you need more details ask us, you can also check for those features I have mentioned on google to get in microsoft learn docs.
