Link of the Power BI dashboard in app does not include filters selected

Link of the Power BI dashboard in app does not include filters selected. Earlier the link of the Power BI report used to end with "&bookmarkGuid=d2df1437-4737-4a99-a455-8f2f70cdc1bf" and it used to include all the filters selected. Since last few weeks the link of the report ends with "/ReportSection5ce7e35ae80a28b38609" and does not include the selected filters. 
Currently we are doing a workaround and creating bookmarks and sharing those bookmarks, however we can at max create and save 20 bookmarks so its a pain. Any suggestions are welcome

It works well in my side based on my test.  Would you please try to edit the report to add filter on page-level and update the app.

Even selecting the report level filters does not change the link of the report. It looks like Microsoft has changes something which is causing to generate a generic link to report no matter which tab are you on or what filters you select. The link changes only for the bookmark. This wasn't the case earlier.

Dashboards don't have bookmarks. I think you mean reports.  have you tried to use report level filters instead of bookmarks? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-url-filters
