Lineage View

Why does lineage view nolonger show all datflow connections?  This was an important function.  Losing this was a another horrible step backwards in the functionality of the service.  Please add it back.

Hi @kollin ,

The lineage view in Power BI should show all dataflow connections, including connections to external data sources and datasets. However, there are some considerations and limitations that might affect the visibility of the dataflow connections. For example:

- You need at least a Contributor role in the workspace to view the lineage view.
- The lineage view only shows data sources that are used by datasets and dataflows in the workspace.
- The lineage view only shows dataflows that are used by datasets in the workspace.
- The lineage view only shows external datasets that are used by reports or dashboards in the workspace.
- The lineage view only shows connections between artifacts that are in a Ready state.

Besides, you can also try refreshing the lineage view.
