I was trying to execute a calculation on my dataset connected through DQ but no luck.

Power BI is throwing an error of 

I was thinking this might be resolved on some tweaking on the Power BI Admin Settings. Unfortunately, I don't have any access ..

Yes, I believe that you are correct, you will need to contact your Premium Power BI Administrator and show them the entire message as they will ahve to tweak the settings or allocations or priorites as needed.
